Lately I have heard this young band from Málaga.
Their music, reminiscent of that pop-rock of the nineties, has been playing about two years in which they have not stopped, though its formation has undergone some changes.

I had the opportunity to do a short interview with two of its components, like being called Yaku and Piter, Yaku is bassist and Piter has rhythm with his guitar. Have kindly agreed to answer a few questions about The Sunglasses you can read below.

K-teto : From foursome versions of bands like incubus, U2, but not carried out other than to have a good time.

K: In your MySpace, you can hear what appears to be your last model, Colossus, is this your last job?

And : Yes, it is the last job, before we decided to work with some of these songs to create a model home but, rather as an exercise helped us when to get us deep into a professional recording.

K: A part of this model, what else can you hear? tell me something about your repertoire. P
: As the last work is Colossus, and is Gaviotas I speak to is the previous model.
And : songs are very varied styles, this may be beneficial and also detrimental to the public and ourselves, we try to not make much difference and thus bring forward, maybe that's the essence of the whole.

K: And your references? P
: My influences range from rock and punk groups from the eighties to today's (Led Zeppelin, AC DC, The Darkness, Green Day), to indie bands, power-pop, brit-pop (Zodiac, The Sunday Drivers, Oasis) and even some influence Folk and Blues (Tulsa, Quique Gonzalez, Eric Clapton).
